Saturday, August 03 – 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Registration Open
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by mail, fax (888.502.8665), or via email to email@example.com no later than 45 days prior to event. All cancellations received and/or postmarked by said date will receive a full refund, less a $75 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after the 45 day period or for “no shows”.
ASPS reserves the right to modify, postpone/reschedule or cancel programs for any reason, including but not limited to attendance, emergency, inclement weather, or other ‘acts of God’. Every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred will not be refunded by ASPS under any circumstance. You may wish to consider personal travel insurance for such expenses. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, ASPS will determine an equitable refundfor a portion or all of the registration fee.
Waiver of Liability:
Each individual attending and/or participating in this program/event assumes all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in all on- and off-site activities that occur during this time. By registering you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASPS and its governing bodies, officers and employees from all loss, damage or liability arising out of or related to your attendance and/or participation at this program/event.
By registering for this event, you agree to allow ASPS to use the photographs, video and audio-which may include you-in all media formats worldwide. In addition, you agree to hold ASPS harmless in the event that photos, video and audio are used that include your likeness on ASPS social media post, newsletters and/or the APMA website.
